Why me? 
Why am I the right person for you?

It is really hard to carve out time for yourself, with little ones, stressful jobs, family commitments, and all of the other things that come before you.

So let's make things easy and enjoyable. 

I can come to you, whether its at 6am for that early bird work out, or at 6pm when you get home from work. If babies are an issue, I can cuddle them whilst you work out.

I am here to help YOU.

So why me?

I'm a mum. I've struggled with my weight. I've worked long days. I understand the stresses, and how hard it is to keep on top of it all.

During my pregnancy, there were no classes aimed at helping antenatal women maintain their fitness. I saw a need for women like me and retrained as a postnatal fitness instructor.

I found a new love for exercise.  Being able to help people reach their goals, feel confident about themselves, and love their bodies again was hugely rewarding.  It's still far from perfect, but I started to love my own body again too.​

Now I am a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and have my Level 3 Pre and Postnatal Exercise qualification. I help people get results.
