WILL I EVER STOP PEEING?

Why do you pee more during pregnancy?

Because of the changes to your hormones, you'll probably notice that you need to pee more frequently during your first trimester.

This tends to ease a bit in the second trimester but gets worse again as your uterus grows and presses on your bladder during the third trimester.

Working on your pelvic floor strength is hugely beneficial, not only for when it comes to pushing, but also to give you a chance to get to the loo in time.

At Pridestand Fitness, we offer OneFitMama's fantastic 6 week core and pelvic floor programme which will teach you how to perform kegels, as well give you exercises to help keep your core muscles in good health to to alleviate low back pain due to your postural changes. Good abdominal strength will also really help when it comes to pushing.
